Synopsis:
One hot summer night, 18 year old MICHAEL NORRIS went out drinking with friends in the border town of Juarez, Mexico.  He was never seen again.

Michael's uncle, Texas Ranger MASON NORRIS, investigates the mysterious disappearance.  Mason learns his nephew was abducted by a religious cult for use in ritual slaughter.  This cult is lead by a serial killer who uses religion as a tool to control followers, run his drug business, and satisfy his lust for murder.  The cult believes that through human sacrifice, they will gain the powers of the supernatural.  With the help of a sexy but insane woman, the cult lures their victims.

Mason teams up with the beautiful grieving mother of another victim and sets out on revenge against the murderous gang of fanatics.
